There are many surveys, studies and real life stories that prove that massage is an effective tool in the conquest towards relaxation.  Of course we must appreciate that relaxation is achieved in a few ways. relieving stress and anxiety is one way, but you also can’t properly relax if you have muscle tension or if you are in pain. Types of massage for stress relief

Many of the opinion that Shiatsu massage is the best  for overall relaxation and stress relief as it also is a useful treatment for pain and tension.
